Blaugh!

Mostly recovered from the side-effects of the Colonoscopy(2 polyps removed). Had a "Blonde" moment yesterday. Had it in the AM and started feeling aweful around 1400. Around 1700 I was thinking of calling the hospital till the Grey overwhelmed the Blonde in me and reminded me that my daily "timed release" Meds are probably doing their business in the city's Sanitation plant:>. Took my PM's early, went to bed at 1900 and woke up this AM at my normal(well, if Chuck and Boo-Boo don't make me earlier....both of them are Evil AM People;>) 0500.
Been doing the Healthy Innards Meals with Yogurt, Miso and Kim-Chi(not at the same time)and things feel better now.
Went over to the folk's house to see how they were ACTUALLY doing(as opposed to the phone response of "Fine"). Dad was less Confused and Grumpy. Mom looked tired and her voice sounded hoarse which means she's needed Oxygen(she has CHF)because she overdid something. Her Energy was unchanged from a couple days ago which is good. She can go bad literally in a heartbeat. I'd be VERY surprised if they go on another cruise...no matter how much she talks about one around Thanksgiving.
Chuck's healing up well after having 5 teeth pulled last week. Hopefully, in a couple weeks he'll be able to be fitted with an upper plate and he'll be able to eat decently for the 1st time in a decade.
Nothing major "Woo" about. Chuck saw a little girl appear in the Living room one night he was up but hasn't seen her again and she was gone by the time I got up. As I've said before, I have the same rules for Physical and Nonphysical guests;be Polite and Clean up after Yourself;>
