I genererally don't recommend generic movies of a genre except went they're not. 'Pontypool', a Canadian Horror flick is of the genre started by '28 days later', the living zombie. But here it isn't a virus...it's a meme. Certain English Words are infected and anyone hearing them spoken by an Infected one 1st becomes confused, then begins hunting and killing those that aren't. A good sense of humour as well, such as the broadcast in French that explains what's going on and a partial list of infected words, which the Radio jock translates....including the end which states "don't translate into English and Speak";>.....
A nice change is that these folks don't know what's really going on for most of the movie and they are in aa radio station with all it's info-gathering sources. It was kind of nice for a change where folks completely isolated easily figure out what top scientists can't....
Cheers,
Pat
