Well, a couple weeks in and one's got two things going for it, cost-effectiveness and health benefits;>!
The switching from Body Wash to Lye and Castile bar soaps have been successful. I should have figured because last Summer we switched from laundry detergent to laundry soap and both me and Chuck's periodice skin irritations dissappeared. Since switching to the "old-timey" bathstuff, a nasty, patchy Excema has improved 50%. The eating better project isn't doing so well with a certain Hubby bringing in both Sweet and Salty snacks to the house;>.....
