SNAFU....as expected!

mdehnersHow I can find humour in somethings amazes me. Probably that and my hardy Peasant Ancestry that makes me hard to kill< G >!
Take the last couple of weeks(PLEASE!). After the county "Purged" all those Leftist nurses from the aids clinic I expected "glitches" in Care and BOY has there been GLITCHES< G >!
The biggest have been that of meds. Getting both hivmeds, meds that take care of all the other things that the virus does AND that treat the side effects of the previous two catagories is normally a Pain in Florida and add up a complete restaffing and you have a ROYAL PAIN. While the antiretrovirals haven't had a "blip" the Pain, Adrenal Replacement and Antidepressant meds have. At the moment we've been out of Thyroid meds for two weeks and have been on 1/2 doses of Antidepressants for one. Luckly the Morphine hasn't been interupted but I have less than two weeks supply and the MD won't send the script in to Compassionate Care (that program that Lil Shrub came up with to prevent proper med coverage...)till this Wednesday...at the earliest...
Every time I hear some "Young Thang" not worrying about hiv "because it's a manageable condition" I want to drag them arround for a week to give them a "Big ol' Clue"...
