Well, 2008 started off with the Longest Night Subjectively;>! There's nothing like the combo of a dog that's afraid of fireworks(thunder, bicycles,etc)and Latinos firing into the air to make a long, long night. Then I wake up with a Migraine and am out of Meds for one. Luckly, there is break-through pain Meds,sooooo Vicodin is your friend:>!
Spent post Lunch converting the yard into a KKK rally with all the z9 and higher plants and small trees covered with blankets. Tonight's not the worst. Wednesday Night's supposed to be the Coldest night in 3 yrs. It'll be enough to Kill a lot of things but not long enough to save either Heirloom Appletree. Pttttp!!!!!!! At least by Sunday I'll be able to replant the veggie gardens....
