Well, I was feeling better;>. We managed to get one job's kiosk to accept an application this morning.....then my brother and SIL came over unheralded. The usual Passive-Aggressive stuff and Class confusion("what do you mean you don't have a lawyer?", like it's normal for folks to have one on Retainer). Even though I explained that the ants that shorted out the AC came from another yard(Mildred's and she's been dead for over a yr...) and therefore nothing I can do about, they came by with some cheap Ortho...when we use the expensive Imocloprid stuff that prevents Metamorphosos in pretty much all insects, esp Fleas, ticks and yes Ants.
They brought up having us move into one of their Rentals closer to them again. WHy would we want to move for no change in Rent & Utilities, to a Upper Class developement where the few Service Industry jobs are all taken by those shipped in-n-out daily? Sure, it'd be nice living where Escargot and Parmasano Regiana are supermarket stock items but....
I don't Know why, unless it's part of a plot to pry Mom and Dad out of their home again.
