Mom should be getting out of the hospital today, Eir-willing. As a retired nurse, I know my opinion of MD's has always been pretty low but whodathunk that giving a high-power/high dose antibiotic to an 80 y/o woman with chronic stomach problems that you could "hang from a charm bracelet" would lead to problems?!?!
Luckly, the IV flushes have brought down the kidney and pancreatic inflammation....
