Blinders.....

A post from one of our local "Tea-Potties" in our papaer gave me both a snicker and a headshake. Appearantly, they've made sure they've missed EVERY SINGLE 'KATRINA' BIT on the TV and radio for the last 4 yrts and esp. this last week. Otherwise they wouldn't say anything so STUPID. They were railing about the Lazy Coloureds in the 9th Ward because the grass was long. "What about doing the work themselves?!?!". As if his neighborhood lost 90% of it's population wouldn't look as "rough". As someone in a neighborhood that is 40% abandoned due to Economics, not having the homes actually physcially destroyed, even the most well-intentioned member of the neighborhood can only do a few more than their own....
It's looking a lot like the late 20's "run hyar". We already have guys in uniforms at rallies against "furriners" and Godless Liberals". I'm so glad I have aids....
