Mild Rant.....

I've NEVER understood not being able to do basic Cooking. I mean, a cookbok is nothing more than an instruction manual for making meals! I've known folks that don't blink at the manuals for computers or "needs assembling" furniture yet a simple recipe freaks them out. Don't Get It At All.
