Happy 4Th!

Ours is going to be kind of quiet(well, until the Fireworks set off the dog and husband;>!). We're going over to the folks for a shrimp boil and Oyster roast for dinner and I'm in the process of cooling the milk for this week's batch of yogurt. Hopefully, after that I'll have enough potting soil in the shed to pot up those Plumeria cuttings I took last Fall to give as "Thank You" gifts to a few neighbors that have helped out over the last yr.
The box turtles have stopped marauding the garden since all the Peppers and Tomatoes within their reach they've gotten to. No more smug, wrinkled faces in the AM greeting me as I go off on my walk;>....
