Update....

MD got a cancellation, so I have an appt at 0900 tomorrow. At least SOME Good News today. Got the envelope containing Chuck's payment contract to a collection agency back in the mail. Apparently, the address on the contract is no longer valid. Called them and they couldn't give me one. They've gone to a "Paperless Office". As I pointed out to the man on the phone, we don't have a fax and don't have access to one. The reason we got behind on the bill is because we're POOR. 'Course, considering how many folks at the health dept clinic I go to have smartphones, I can understand their confusion. There's Poor and then there's "We have our Priorities and spend our Money on Them"....
Tomorrow, when this month's payment(and last payment!!!) is taken out of Chuck's acct we will put a hold on any further withdrawl from these folks....just in case.
