Update....

We all went up Sunday to see Dad in his new room. A bit of a trek but no neighbors...he got the best sleep all hospitalization. His doc came in while we were there and said as far as he's concerned(he's the folk's Cardiac MD)Dad could go home but the others hadn't been in yet soo probably Monday discharge. After full Hydration his kidneys are almost normal.
What's Interesting is that something similar happened to Mom last month. She was on fluid restriction due to Congestive Heart Failure and she developed kidney failure which resolved once she was OFF FR. 'Course, Dad's Dehydration wasn't from the same source. I don't think we'll have to worry about the bit caused from working out in the Sun but from Drinking non-hydrating fluids(like Vodka). You can do only what you can.
On a personal note, this AM I had a rather Interesting result to our lunch with Mom after our visit with Dad. She had us stop at Ruby Tuesday and we had the most Red meat probably this yr. This AM's BG was the LOWEST it's EVER BEEN;>....
Maybe I should "up" my protein intake;>...

Dad's home. Apparently, they released him last evening but Mom didn't want to "bother" anyone;>.......
Saw him an hr ago. Pale but better than before(one WOULD hope;>!).
