So, the Water Kefir experiment is over. Didn't really notice any benefits but kept doing it until a couple of weeks ago when I noticed a decline in the amt of Culture. Last week I both checked the website of the company I bought it from as well as contacted it. Did all the suggestions and yesterday it was obviously dead.
Dairy Kefir I noticed the benefits but it was a lot of work and produced more than one person(Chuck HATES it)so I let it go. I'm reaching the age where making stuff from scratch has to be at least slightly less inconvenient than storebought. I might start making Yogurt again this Winter, then agin I remember what a pain it was;>....
