I know, I shouldn't be surprised in the Era of Trump....
Our nearest city(Pensacola) is going to conduct a study of the feasibility to eliminate Public Transportation. The reason? The head of the project is a young person whose never been Poor(or even Middle Class) who feels that in the time of Uber and such there is no need for such archaic things as buses.
Uber riders almost always are the same folks who use(d) taxis. If you couldn't afford taxis, you aren't going to afford Uber fees.
