Update....

Well, the Cortisone shot into my lower spine worked GLORIOUSLY for about 10 days. Since then it's been wearing off. No 3 months for me;>! When I see the doc Thursday for my next shot I'm pushing for Surgery to make that wonderful absence of back and hip pain a permanent thing.
