New Year Same You;>....

It's been an ok beginning, ignoring anything about "The Dear Leader". The treadmill has been much better than I thought for me. I've been basically dancing on it and the fine motor control I've gained has been lovely. I actually lost my balance on it and fell but I was able to get back up without ANY assistance.....something I haven't been able to do for YEARS. Not so much on the weight loss though;>.
We had our 1st sticking Snow yesterday. It looks like what it should have been a couple weeks back;>! I've been having fun watching our local "Murder", a flock of 5 that's territory is about a block square here. 3 of them usually split off the others(juveniles?) and play right outside my windows, much to Rocky's enjoyment.
Other than that, trying to stay warm and watching the 1st of the Stratified Native plants to sprout. The 1st was a species of Blazing Star that forms buttons of blossoms on a stem instead of the more common stem covering. I think it looks more "elegant"....
