Continuing Triviality...

mdehnersI decided to make today a substance-free day, so no Deep subjects;>!
To continue it, I finished the last of the 'Torchwood' disks and did some "surfing". I Knew I'd seen "Capt Jack" before. If you've seen the remake of Mel Brooks' 'The Producers', he's the singing Gestapo who does "Springtime For Hitler". He also does a duet with Kevin Kline in 'Delovely' as one of Cole Porter's boyfriends. He was up for Will in 'Will & Grace' but they went with Het Eric McCormick because Gay John Barrowman "wasn't Gay enough" for them. Apparently, he's well-known in Europe as a Singer, sort of their version of Michael Buble or Harry Connick Jr. come tax refund time, maybe I'll order one. I like pretty much any music from the Korean War back;>....
I liked his comment about Gay Marriage. He said he and his Partner wouldn't because, "why should I perform a ritual of a religion that Hates me?". Unfortunately, he like a lot of folks seem to think it's Christianity or nothing at all. I KNow I wouldn't have gotten married in a CHristian ceremony. Blaugh!!!! ukkk! Puuuh!!!
