"Breeding for Homos"....

mdehnersBeing a "Stealth Gay"(which to paraphrase Wednesday Adams, "we're like Homocidal maniacs, we look like everyone else"...), I get to hear stuff that folks generally wouldn't if I wore a sweater tied around my neck(which, btw I NEVER seen a Gay person do in 30 yrs of being "Out"). SInce Florida has an anti Gay Marriage ammendment on the ballot, you hear quite a bit here in "The Dangly Bits". One I almost agree with is the following from the grocery store between two ladies in their 60's:
"There are so many Homos today, not like it used to be."
"Well, it's our fault you Know"
"????"
"Well,it used to be many men like Clark Gable,Gary Cooper and Burt Reynolds that women liked. Now, it's boys with big hair. We marry boys, we get "girls"...."
Funny thing, while I think the percentage is the same,just fewer willing to use some woman as a "beard", I can see part of her point because many Gays have noted this aong their girlfriends. Outside of my Heathen female friends, the guys all my Het girlfriends(at least the "hardcopy ones";>)are too "femmy" for me and mine. Hair not on the top of the head is out. Rugged features or those that are from hard work outdoors, muscles from work all are "turn offs" to my Het female friends. So teh old bitches may have a part of a point....
