mdehnersand Alien. Like Paganism, the GLBT community is full of them. Folks who love their Victimhood so much that they'll do nothing to endanger it...beyond a couple of Incense sticks and 5 min of Chanting.
I admit, I'm a child of my Upbringing. If something is Wrong, you Fight it. If something is Broken, you fix it. Being Wronged or Broken isn't somehow more "Spiritual". That's why I don't "get" Pacifism. You never win by NOT fighting for what you Deserve. That's why even Peace Activism is called ACTIVISM;>.....
When I hear folks who support those that hurt Me and Mine by their, IMMHO discomfort with Confrontation, I go ballistic. If they don't Understand WHY after I explain it, they are "86ed" from my Life. My Lifespan isn't so long as to waist it with eejits. Avoiding situations that make you Uncomfortable isn't being more "Spiritual". It makes you a "Tool"...

Cats are like witches. They don’t fight to kill, but to win. There is a difference. There’s no point in killing an opponent. That way, they don’t know that they’ve lost and to be a real winner you need an opponent who has been beaten and knows it.
