A couple yrs ago a work friend of Chuck's who was being transfered to another part of the state wanted to keep in touch and so I openned a Facebook acct for us. As I'm mentioned ad nauseum, I'm not a "fan" of the format.Well, I went back yesterday to study it and tidy it up. 3 PAGES of "friend" requests! I recognised 3, two from Hrafnar and one who's the father of a guy I coorespond about Heirloom crops. Luckly for him he "friended" me with boring hobbies and pedestrian married sexlife. His son's other friends he may not be so lucky. That's why I laugh at folks who use Facebook "friends" as proof in legal cases. It's one of the many reasons I don't like the "MySpaceBooks". Just because a person is "friends" with a friend doesn't mean that they'd be your "cuppa" and all it takes is a click and you can find yourself subbed to a group/list/whatever for Asian Zombie Porn. Now....try to explain to the nice Divorce Judge why he should give Custody to a woman who's subbed to such;>
Of course, half don't use their real or even "Magical" names and many of the rest use Icons that don't help ID them at all.

I wonder if there's a way to delete the whole mess...
