One of the big reasons I was so discombobulated recently was that generally, when I hear the Name of a storm, I See where there landfall will be. 'Course, it's not always that helpful. After all, I was right about 'Katrina' not hitting New Orleans. ...not that it mattered in the long run.
So, here I was, Seeing saltmarsh/deltaland and a totally absurd Feeling of Louisiana, possibly NE Texas and I wake up this AM and turn on the news(I didn't watch any yesterday. Not because of 'Isaac',because it's Sunday and I live in "The Dangly Bits";>). It's nice to at least have some of your Intuition verified....

Your intuition moment was pretty much the first thing I thought of this morning when the mate told me where landfall was hitting.

Well look, when I have a feeling it's going to veer - never mind the fact that may be from having looked at whoa many Gulf hurricane tracks - it shouldn't be a surprise, should it? We all know I define "headblind".

Can't blame them, they were only putting out the Possibilities. It was the Media who wanted a big story about Storm vs Repuglicans that mucked up so many people, even me;>!
As usual, it's always fun to go to the store the day before and pick up milk, bread and coffee, watching the reactions from those who are JUST NOW prepping for possible Power Outages and Store Closures. I think it was the sour cream(for the Perogies) that put them over the edge;>

Yes, but you're also Observant and Intelligent enough to know that things change as they become distant in Time and Space. IMO the Media was to enamoured with the Repugs vs Isaac concept to even entertain the storm to be anything less than a Hurricane and a direct hit, convieniently filled with reporteers and cameras;>
