DVD Recommendation: 'Overtime'...

mdehnersIf only this Indie Black Comedy had the budget, this would be a very good movie. As it is, it's a lot of fun with a lot of clever lines....
A sort of 'Pulp Fiction' crossed with a 50's Alien flick, it's the story of Raph and Max, two "Cleaners" whose sleazy Lawyer boss has Terminate her evil clients AFTER she get's them off scott free AND cleans out their accts. Raph, a family man is chastised by his wife for:
Ruining another "good shirt" by getting shot
Forgetting his son's b-day
Forgetting that he was supposed to get the cake AND a clown as well as the ubiquitous present. He and Max get called in for some overtime after their boss discovers the dirtbag they just "offed" had a partner. Only a couple of hrs before the party and with his wife's possible Punishment if he's late, they find themselves fighting Alien-dominated scientists.
And it's 2 hrs till the party;>
