Pretty much. It's the "Whee!" division of the newage movement, the most Positive, least requiring Work or Study department...Newest Thing section. I "googled "Project XIII" and it looks like some sort of newage Pyramid scheme to me. But then again, I've not Evolved. I actually Believe in God/desses that are Persons in Their own Right....not some amorphous Energy field you can treat as a vending machine;>. Cheers, Pat
