Oh, and EACH tech has arrived without the part(s) I CALLED and REMINDED them they needed. One tech found a tuner in another's truck and snagged it. The others I've driven 20 min EACH time to the local cable office to get the parts MYSELF.
15 yrs with the same company and no problems. It's like it's been saving up.....

Every time I attempt to type a frustrated vocalizations, it auto correct ts to "hearth". I was going to endorse M's question, which I still do ( and also wonder if Hearth is a kind of Jungian slip, as it were. You usually report of being very in tune with local wights, so I am wondering what is up.) It seems like some Oracle work for luck-turning is in order. Best to it, and I hope this changes, for the wealful, soon.

It WAS the 5th time the Charm;>. The sadly amusing bit was once we got this fixed we discovered that the upgrade that started all this wasn't on the lineup.....
Still no BBC America.
