Tried my usual WW Bread recipe adapted to Sourdough(I use a 1/1 water to flour mix) subbing a cup of starter for 1/2 c Water and 1/2 Flour. It worked!
I WAS a little worried because all sourdough recipe books are death on using metal bowls. Unfortunately, the last time I tried to make WW Sourdough I dropped my big glass mixing bowl and had to use a Stainless Steel one. Still worked well. I'll still keep looking for a nice large glass one anyway 'cause I just like glass;>.
Now, the next steps are to try adding different Ancient Flours to see how they work now that I have good baseline sourdough recipes...
