I've managed to work out DW photo hosting, but only for pics that are on my comp (including grabbed from Wikimedia Commons) and I forget whether I managed to crack the resizing options. So I know the instructions and options are fiddly.
I'll try that. The methods Google shows don't work simply because part or all of the steps mentioned either aren't on the drop down menus or, simply don't work.... Love, Pat
