So, today I get a call from the Tennessee dept holding Chuck's Medicaid up. They can't find any evidence before he was 18 of Mental Disability. You see, it was the 50's and his foster father didn't report or even take Chuck to a doctor when he hit him in his head with a baseball hat. He ALSO managed barely to graduate highschool without to a Special Needs class. IT WAS THE 50'S!!!!!! There wouldn't be. Then, you'd get away with killing your kid if they were "Disrespectful".
So, I have to start the process over again without mentioning his Head Trauma.

I literally had no words....

I had a concussion in the 60s. In a different state than I live it now. I was 6. I haven't the foggiest clue where to find records or that.

I was also diagnosed ADD, again in grade school, in that other state. No records available for that, either.

How the f are older people who have moved around supposed to even find their childhood records, assuming they still exist?

Shocking! No records for a program that didn't become nationwide until the 8-0's!@? It continues crappy here as so the lag time;>. Funniest thing? I had Pain Clinic today as well as 7-8 on a 1-10 scale. They were reacting the usual way until I told them I took up Smoking . They've put me in for a CT scan......

I did think it was interesting that the worst pain I've had in nearly a decade was last night. I eve took my am pain pill 4 hrs early. Truthfully? If Chuck was already in Care I'd have gone to the ER. I had my 1st Sake in 3 yrs last night. X2.....
