Brain Hurt!
Aug. 14th, 2004 09:10 amWhile TS "Bonnie" wasn't anything worse than a big thunderstorm, It did give us a lightning strike on our block which "toasted" pretty much everything within a two block radius attached to a phone-line. My younger brother, the "Uber-Tech" replaced my Win98 machine with an old WinNT2003 "he had laying around"(how would it be< G >?). The good news? I'm back on line with a much faster machine with every "bell&Whistle" immaginable. The bad news? Most of it is beyond my comprehension< G >. Also, something that was pretty simple in my old Win95 (which I upgraded to 98), the installation of the Icelandic keyboard is beyond my ken. Also, my contacts is "unaccessable". For some reason it's decided that I'm not me< G >! I'll give him a buzz next weekend....
