Hot Hot HOT!!!!!!!.....STILL!!!!!!!

Day 3 of breaking Temp Records. You Know it's bad when AC set at 80F feels like Ice when you come in;>. I'm breaking my Watering rules by Watering every other day. On the Positive side, the Sweet Potatoes and Bananas are growing like gangbusters and my 1st Lotus bloomed, a white form translated as 'Angel Wings'. One of my Permaculture list buds sent me starts of Tanier SPinach, a Tropical Green related to Taro. Supposedly, you can eat the leaves raw as long as they are haven't unrolled yet but with my experiences with Calloo(Taro Leaves), I'm not touching ANY without at least a 15 min Cooking time!
