mdehnersRead some "bitchin" on one of the a perennial subjects near-n-dear to my heart, the inability of orgs to do the basics of what they declare as their "Mission".
Now, while I'm not a member of any a present, I have been and ALL that I have or interacted with have had the same problem...to do everything, ASAP. What took centuries for our ANcestors to Create(or folklorists/writers/etc in their Mental Universes)an org wants to do NOW. Unless you have unlimited personnel and funds....you can't do it and no Wiccan/Pagan/Heathen/etc org I've ever heard of does. The orgs that Work best(or have the least complaints about;>)are those that focus on supporting the Individual Person or Group. One's that are the least Useful are those,to use a "Pop" reference from a decade past, suffering from "Brain Syndrome"... they just "want to take over the ___ World!". Trying to be All things to All_____ just ain't gunna Work, even if you're Focused on a single Belief-system.
Support your "Peeps" 1st. When they're all Satisfied, then go Harrying off...
