"Fun" Week....

mdehnersHaven't had much to say anywhere this week. Had a wee problem with a little Sepsis from that tooth being pulled.Actually lost a week mentally and missed every appt, thinking we were one week earlier;>...
Anyhoo, a little debridment, irrigation and I'm almost back to myself...which I'd NEVER label as "Normal";>!
One good bit was a letter to our local paper was printed about that "Prison Asatru Honor Killing". Below is the letter:

I Wonder what would have happened if the article switched “Islam” with “Asatru” and “African-American” with “White”? That’s right, no article. The PC-twits wouldn’t allow it to come to print. Besides, Muslim prisoners killing “Kaffir” or each other is so common that it ISN’T even “news”.
I loved the “Spin”. “Most leaders”!?!. How about ALL LEADERS. You can’t say that about Islam or even Christianity. ”Scandinavia”?!? How about ALL non-Celtic, non-Slavic Europe. England was originally a Heathen Nation and it’s Culture and Laws come from Heathenry, not Christianity. Also, there are whole “denominations” of Heathenry and Asatru that don’t even Accept Criminals until they’ve Paid their Societal Dues. Their members are Involved with/are in our Services, Military and Police, not with “Outlaws”. I’d bet that if you ran the numbers, you’d find the percentage of Racists higher in Christianity and Islam than in Heathenry in General and even Asatru in particular….but no one likes their “dirty laundry” aired now, do they?
