Kill all the Lawyers!

mdehnersIt's an old joke but one I truly Beleive in. Strange view for someone who grew up on military bases and with Perry Mason(ask your parents;>). When I was a kid,there was a view that Lawyers were there to asist Justice. While it didn't work out that way all the time,Lawyers in general saw themselves in that Noble view and treated those who were there simply for money, fame or conflict as beneath Contempt. In the last 3 decades that view is pretty gone....even amongst Lawyers. Law is about Winning...PERIOD. Right or Wrong are simply the "colours" of the "gamepieces". Nothing more.
Lawyers DO deserve the COntempt they presently recieve from the Public. Luckly for me I learned mine back in the 80's when an anti-Gay Lawyer ran on the Libertarian platform, thinking that somehow Gay Libertarians were somehow exempt by the BS he helped push and prosecute. It was also one of the 1st times I felt the American system of Politics worked when the asshat was sent back to the Repelican Party....
Personally, I don't know what system would be better but one that guarantees that the one with the cash to buy the services of the best Warrior is, exempting Divine Intervention, going to Win is one I'm tired of.
Luckly, in 6 months most folks will be eaten during the Zombie Apocalypse so things are looking up;>!
