mdehnersI was met at the door by my Partner last night from walking the dog. He barely could keep it together. He told me that I HAD to check this out. In the background I could hear our Cockateil, Stormy yelling. As we got closer, I realised it wasn't screeching, it was yelling. Yelling a single word. "LIGHT!LIGHT! LIGHT!LIGHT!". Appearently, when I put him to bed in the bedroom(COckatiels, like people get nightmares and can hurt themselves in the initial panic before they realise it was a dream...)I'd forgotten to turn off the light. Chuck said he started off with a quiet "Light?", "Light?". Then moved up to "LIGHT!", "LIGHT!" and by the time I got back from walking Boo-Boo he was up to car alarm level. Thing is, we never taught him....
On another tangent, I have to recoomend, 'Hot Fuzz' by the guys who brought you the fantastic 'Shaun of the Dead'. I had the dog so worked up with my laughing. The plot twists and the fight scene at the end(not the one shown in the trailers)ala the old Godzilla movies is a joy to behold....
