mdehnersIt's said that often you are Liberal when young and become COnservative as you grow Older. It certainly is true in my case but that's not the whole "story". In my case, I've LEarned that Spirituality often goes through changes.
WHen I was a young'n, I Beleived it was my Duty to correct Fallacies about my Beliefs. As I got older, I became more of a "Live & let Live", "Agree to Disagree" type. Now, in my DOtage, I realise I'm in the "Screw you guys, I'm Going Home" mode. I'm just not up to dealing with Eejits anymore. Not Educating Them, not Tolerating Them. When you've heard the same drek for 3 decades+, you don't wish to again....esp when the Pontificator wasn't even Born the 1st time you heard the "load" they're SPewing.
"Life's to SHort to Drink CHeap WIne". It's also too short to wate it listening to someone who'll be off chasing the newest shiniest thing in another yr or two...
