I guess it shouldn’t surprise me that it took me so long to notice. After all, I am a Natural Blonde…or used to be;>!
What I’m talking about is that it’s just not a House/Landwight division. There’s the House Wights, true enough but I’ve finally caught on the there is a Difference between the Land Wights of Cultivated Land and not-so-Cultivated. Looking back it was “staring me in the face” more than a decade ago. The Wights I noted in the garden of my apt were not the same of those of Park or Woodland. The gardens seem to have one or two types that aren’t noted in the Park/woodlands and t hose were NEVER noted in a garden.
Here, on the other side of the continent and another ecosystem it’s the same. Then came that Housewight that brought It’s offspring to Imprint AS a Garden Wight. My UPG is that the Housewights came 1st, then those of Cultivated lands for the simple fact that folks had homes before they began Cultivating things. Another UPG is that Housewights Originally may have been Wights of Caves. The ones I’ve noted in my homes tend to prefer Nocturnal Activity.
So, where did the Cultivated Land Wights come from? Were they “Domesticated” versions of the Wilderness Wights or “Outdoorsy” Housewights? A Hybrid? After all, I saw an exchange between the two…sort of. This whole discussion is about Ag-Wights because I have NO Idea about those Involved with Husbandry;>….
