Most annoying couple of days. Made the 3rd trip to pick up the refills for my Meds today. Apperantly, the reason they weren't there the last two times I came in was that the Insurance person needed me to sign a paper she'd forgot to have me sign A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO and this way she could get it. The concept of just calling me to tell me that she needed it appearently never entered her mind. I was a bit "snippy" but then again, I ran out of pain meds last night...
On the postitve front I've got about 50% of the article I promised Marion for her 'zine done and there's always 'Gintama'. Also watched a 'Blair Witch Project' like flick from Japan called 'Monster'. Except for the "home video" look of the format, not a bad film. Two American sisters go to Japan to film a Global Warming documentary for some class. While there Tokyo is attacked by a monster. The clever twist is that the Japanese accept that their city is routinely attacked by monsters and don't wish others to KNow. That's one of the reasons for all the B-Movie monster movies. As the sister are running around panicking, the city folk go quietly and quickly into shelters and such....leaving them and the slightly glimpsed creature alone. Personally, I wonder if the makers of 'Cloverfield' read or saw this one before....
