As those Unfortunate to follow my mumblings Know, I've had a "Jihad" going on between my JW and Fundie neighbors for yrs. Well, a couple of months ago the Fundie family decided to put their house on the market. Peace reigned...until this week. Since they couldn't sell it(it's not that nice, a cheezy 70's plunked in a pre-WWII neighborhood)they've Rented it out...as appearantly an Illegal crash pad. A two bedroom with at last count 12 Latinos that vans appear in the AM at. Boo-Boo warns us when they're on the property(we found the back gate open this morning...) as well as chasing them off when they come up to our door trying to ask for stuff(no complete English sentences. "Food" "Work" "Lawn" "Toilet" are the usual....). Since our town PTB's are either Pro Fuedal(which is how I see those that wish to have Illegals come and do work that AMericans can't afford to work at that Pay rate and when you're done you just "chase them off your land"...)or Smurf, calling the cops doesn't do anything except get your house trashed when they find out who turned them in. I didn't think I'd miss the Scripture Screaming....
On the Positive side, I've discovered the age when women stop lying about their age....80. Mom, who's been telling everyone she's just over 27 since I was in grade school is turning OFFICIALLY 80 this May....
