Rrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhhh.......

Once again, another reason to be Thankful I was born Gay......
So, we spun by the folks to drop off X-mas presents, since we had to make a mad dash because Mom mentioned that my nephew is going to be here for the holidays(no one mentions this until the night of the 23rd!). We drop off the stuff and my SIL is giving us dirty looks.
Well, it seems that the contractor for the kitchen they were "giving the folks for Christmas"(and devoloved into a full makeover)decided that since he wasn't going to be finished at the original date that he was going on X-mas vacation. So very little is finished.
So, no one has called us to ask our help and if I'd not actually called Mom I wouldn't have known as much as I do but as many men(mostly Het,those "traditional values females" generally don't try to pull this on their Gay friends 'cause we won't put up with it...) know, "you're supposed to KNOW, I shouldn't have to tell you".....

Series Recommendation, 'Kamisama Kiss'....

This Romantic Comedy Urban Fantasy Anime will probably be more Interesting to my female Readers, though some of us guys like a little Romance as well;>...
A young girl is abandoned and homeless after her Widower father loses all his money by Gambling and runs out on her. While dispairing on a park bench she hears a cry for help. A rather "natty" gentleman has been "treed" by a cute puppy. Shooing it away, the man listens to her story and tells her that he has a home that he abandoned yrs ago and if she wanted it, all she had to do was to go there and tell them he sent her. She finds out that it is an old temple and the gentlman had been the God of that Land and now she, even though Human was now the Goddess of their region, able to hear Prayers and answer them to her ability. Oh, and she gets a Fox spirit Familiar who, well is a "fox" as well;>.....
Sweet, funny and of course, Romantic...
