Gallows Humour;>.....

Sad to say, but I'm finding the brouhaha over Ebola by some Conservatives Amusing. "Obama _____!?!". Well, of course he didn't. There's this thing you all are so enamored with called "States Rights" in which each state is responsible for those Decisions. That a Conservative state like Texas might not have spent enough money on Public Health(or in the right areas...),Prep or Tech is hardly surprising....
