Early Yule;>!

One great thing about my brother's move is that they need to "downsize" and some nice things have come our way. An almost unused top-of-the-line mattress, a set of great dishware and Apple TV with HBO-Go on it.
And we didn't have to unwrap anything....no wastepaper;>!

Album Review: 'Fractured Man'-'Fire + Ice'

The problem with favorite bands is that either/or you or them change with time. This time it wasn't me;>.....
'F+I' is a Heathen band, specializing in Nordic folk. Their lead singer uses a Singing method that, unless you're used to listening to early British recordings of Folk music you'll usually find initially disturbing.. That said, until the last 2 albums they've been my fav folk band PERIOD.
'Birdking', the 2nd to the last wasn't as good as the rest but it was still GOOD....just not excellent. 'FM'isn't even that. most I would say are fair and a couple are Bloody Awful.....in the modern meaning of the term;>. 'Mr Wednesday', a spin on The Old Man in the modern world is a good example of the latter.
Considering that they were excellent for more than 2 decades having them go downhill in their 3rd decade's pretty good for bands in general. Besides, I still have all their old ones;>!
