Bathroom Brouhaha....

I realized early on with the whole Transgender bathroom laws bit that I had a very different perspective than most others and it wasn't being Gay. It was because the VAST majority of Transpersons I've know have been FTM(Female to Male). That means while they were born genetically female, they IDed themselves as male and had gone through at least partially the process to become physically male. Because of this my 1st reaction to the laws were of disbelief, picturing the burly bearded tatted-up persons I knew going into a women's bathroom;>.
Maybe if more of these "anti" folks had my experiences there'd have been a different result to the voting....
