of Water Kefir decanted today. Not bad, a bit like diluted Amakaze; slightly sweet and a bit yeasty. It's supposed to improve as the dehydrated colonies reconstitute and adapt to your local water.
I'm trying a 2ndary Fermentation with 50/50 fruit juice and WK and refrigerate tonight.
It's not as "healthy" as Milk Kefir(fewer kinds of probiotic bacteria) but a hellovalot easier to make, culture and with only one person interested, consume.
