I am getting better, esp since I figured out that I get a particular kind of headache when my BG drops below 150. My Sugars have been so consistently high that my body reacts to BG in the normal range as "low". That said, it's still hard to break Programming.
Take Eating. I've been taught to eat something every 2 hrs, even if I'm not hungry. I realized that I was still doing this so I've started to TRY to only eat when I'm hungry. Sadly, the more and more I pay attention to my own body, the more the Food Conspiracy Nuts look less "nuts".
