2nd Stage....

The BIG negative I've discovered about Tennessee(other than being Trump Country and Qanon Central;>) is the "hoops" those who need public funds for healthcare(Medicaid and/or Medicare) OR whose healthcare provider TAKES them. Yay Capitalism!
1st Stage is Intake where your medical history and habits of at least the last decade are used to "filter out the Undesirables".
2nd Stage is a Psych Eval. That was today. Went well. His only "concern" was the valid one that I had little support other than family and online. He also understood that as things ARE, that's the way it has to be. There were a couple of things he said that worried me though. One was Weed use was a disqualifier. I told him I wasn't a User but my SIL did Medical Marijuana...for which he told me that there was no such thing in THIS state. He noted it on my chart and said occasional 2nd Hand Smoke wouldn't mess the tests. One was tat ANY alcohol disqualifies you for prescription. Not a real problem BUT I DO use sake in cooking and Mead in Rites. I guess I'll have to switch to non-alcoholic cider;>. Should of asked about religious use....
So I've been passed to go onto the actual MD who will decide whether I'm to be a patient or .....
