mdehners...can be cruel.One of It's greatest is that it shows you the consequences of your Actions and Choices far too late to do much about them.
One that a lot of Alt-Folk like myself have is dealing with what might have been "Adventurous", "Avante Garde", etc when we were in our teens and twenties. It becomes a bit Sad in your 30's and after? It can be a bit of a shock realizing that you've gone from "Bohemian" to "Bag Lady" in the perception of those around you, though you haven't Changed.
I don't like Looking Back for this reason. There IS no point. What was DOne has been DONE. Best to "deal" with what you have now and Work for that to Work out it's best. That MAY be the only real lesson you get out of the experience...
