I "heard" something from a listmember in India from his work. He works in Monetary Retreval Services", better known as Bill Collecting. India has a thriving economy of businesses that buy defaulted bill contracts and, well try to collect them. He said his bosses are already ramping up their business in anticipation of the $600 cheque many Americans will get. As his boss put it,"They can't say they don't have the money"(translated from Urdhu;>). Looks like that "stimulus package" will be doing that....in Bangalore!
