mdehnersI Understand and actually agree with the reasoning of the reorganization of our clinic. This way the hard workers aren't always doing ALL the work while the lazy asses can spend more time out Smoking and Gossiping. The unfortunate side effect however is that the Lazy still ARE and what is now their Responsibility doesn't get done in the efficient manner as when the hard-working staffers would do it.
So far it's taken me a week and I still haven't got my Meds. Luckly, I try to start the process when I'm a week away from running out but it looks like that's too short. Yesterday I go in to pick up my scripts and voucher('cause I don't have $2000 a month...). No envelope. The lazy worker couldn't get it done in a week. I do pick up a Med I did have a refill on and find everything BUT my Painmeds there BUT since she didn't give me a voucher, I couldn't pick them up. The really annoying thing? That voucher has to be faxed from the Pharmacy to a processing office in Neuva Cuba, an officethat has occassionally not gotten around to OKing up to 20 days....
