mdehnersIt's annoying. Every afternoon the Boomers move in. Dark, Heavy, Pendulous(for you Rocky Horror fans;>) Lightning and Thunder shake the earth but no Rain. It's getting BAD. I've noticed that those Watering exclusively from city water have stopped completely and their yrds are dying. Those with wells aren't safe unless they're deep. One of those on my Walk is now at the edge of the water table. They look more like water faucets than sprinklers with such low pressure....
If it wasn't for the Humidity, we'd have had at least a wildfire by now so when I hear someone bitching about how sticky things are, I remind them that "Suffering is Good for the SOul AND Property Values";>.
If there is one "Good Thing" in the situation it is that the systems that keep the rains awaay are also keeping any tropical storms away as well. As the 'Kinsey Sicks' put it, "Every SIlver Lining has a Cloud";>......
