mdehnersI've left my Mental heaith support groups both in Cyber and Midgard,both for the same core reason....I don't Belong.
In Midgard,I don't "fit" with the "newbs". I did my "Kubler-Rossing" 23 yrs ago and Lived through times when there was NO Medical help other than a fairly Painful death. I don't have anything in common with folks "whining" that they'll have to take some pills for the rest of their lives, and/or that some of those make them feel "tired". When you Remember going to weekly funerals for folks that died not having Meds with horrible side-effects...
In Cybergard, it's because I'm not a Unie. I'm just tired of the constant "bashing" of non-Unie folk and the lack of even the HINT that perhaps they might have something to do with thier circumstances. It's everyone else's fault...by their Actions or Inactions.
I rather remain with the Regin than with folks who I have nothing in common with other than a diagnosis...
