Boycotts....

As the GLBT-PTB's have been saying, it's True that most Boycotts don't work and those that did happened before the newage movement made it so even the Spanish Inquisitors can claim "Victimhood". But to me, the point most strongly FOR Boycotts is simply Personal Honor and Responsibility. By continuing to give money to your Enemies, you FUND THEM. It's hardly "rocket science". It's a bit like Tipping your Rapist. While you may not be able to Punish them, you certainly don't have to Reward them...
Yes, I KNow. I'm being a Bigot by not Supporting their Cultural Mores. No Problem. I'm still basically Folkish. I'm not REQUIRED to support Uttangearder Mores. I'll leave my more "Progressive" associates to do that, along with Suttee, Female "circumscision" and all those "wholesome" non-European Mores.....
